Venishia Price is the President of Price Point Human Resource Consulting (PPC), which was formed in 2011.   PPC’s mission is to work with companies to align their HR and business strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

Professional HR consulting was a natural progression for Venishia who has over 25 years of human resource experience.  Venishia has 20 years of experience working in the real estate and parking industry and has provided human resource support to companies with up to 10,000 employees.  Venishia previously worked as the Vice President of Human Resources for the L&R Group of Companies, a national real-estate company that owns, operates and builds parking garages.   

During her time at L&R, Venishia partnered with the executive team to define and execute L&R’s strategy and business plan.  This included organizational design and development, succession planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.  Venishia served as the chief negotiator for all labor contracts and also served as the company liaison on all escalated union matters.   

Prior to L&R, Venishia spent over ten years at Central Parking Corporation as a Regional Human Resource Director responsible for all HR functions in thirteen cities in eight states and British Columbia, Canada.  

In addition to earning her Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Science from Western Michigan University and completed advanced course work at Chapman University.  Venishia has a Senior Professional in Human Resource designation and countless certifications in human resource management and labor relations.  Venishia is a member of SHRM, PIHRA, NHRA and an affiliate member of The State of California Bar Association’s Labor and Employment section.
